Film Producer
Candice Kuwahara is a freelance film producer, who was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She has produced multiple shorts, and her second feature film, Molli & Max in the Future, had its world premiere at SXSW 2023 as part of the Visions screening selection. Milkwater was released in 2021, and is now currently available to watch on Hulu, starring Molly Bernard and Patrick Breen. She is a Co-Producer on the film, Team Marco, starring Owen Vaccaro, and she was also the Line Producer on two horror films, The Witch in the Window and Island Zero, which both premiered in 2018.
Candice has Line Produced for Fullscreen Media’s SVOD Originals, as well as worked on the Accounting team for network series like, The Equalizer, Power, Sweetbitter, and Billions.
She was a Production Coordinator at Pixar Animation Studios and worked on projects like Coco and Inside Out. Prior to that, Candice graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film & Television. She lives in Brooklyn with her cat, Steve.
